Pepperdine Digital Commons, a service of Pepperdine University Libraries, is a digital repository and publication platform designed to collect, preserve, and make accessible the academic output of Pepperdine faculty, students, staff, and affiliates. It is the mission of Pepperdine Digital Commons to facilitate the discovery of Pepperdine’s scholarly communications, provide instant access to full text works, and preserve these materials in an open, digital environment. Pepperdine Digital Commons is the university’s new centralized platform for Pepperdine journals, faculty webpages, conference proceedings, and exemplary student research.

Periodicals of Engineering and Natural Sciences (PEN), applies single-blind peer-review. Reviewer selection for each submitted article is up to section editors, and reviewers are selected based on the previous experience, competence, and previous experience in reviewing papers for PEN journal.

The Philippine Education Research Journal (PERJ) is an online, peer‐reviewed, open access journal that is the official research publication of the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC). Published twice a year, it serves as a platform for the dissemination of research of interest to decision makers, policy makers, and educational leaders and practitioners. We encourage libraries to list this open access journal among its electronic journal holdings. This publishing system is also designed to be hosted and operated by research libraries in support of the journal publishing work of its associated faculty. Pharmaceuticals is a peer-reviewed, open access journal of medicinal chemistry and related drug sciences, published monthly online by MDPI. The Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences (APS) is partners of Pharmaceuticals and their members receive a discount on the article processing charge.

Since planning began in 1985, the Perseus Digital Library Project has explored what happens when libraries move online. Two decades later, as new forms of publication emerge and millions of books become digital, this question is more pressing than ever. Our flagship collection, under development since 1987, covers the history, literature and culture of the Greco-Roman world. We are applying what we have learned from Classics to other subjects within the humanities and beyond. We have studied many problems over the past two decades, but our current research centers on personalization: organizing what you see to meet your needs.

Personnel Assessment and Decisions is an open-access journal. Although people in industrial-organizational psychology and related fields may be skeptical of open-access journals, such journals have been quite successful in other fields. The open-access format means all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Practitioners and international scholars are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. The open access format also eliminates the prohibitive costs associated with traditional journals. There will be no costs to readers or authors.
