Meat Technology is scientific journal that publishes results of basic and applied research in the field of biotechnical sciences i.e. the following subcategories: veterinary sciences, food engineering and biotecnology since 1960.

Religion Online is designed to assist teachers, scholars and general “seekers” who are interested in exploring religious issues. Its aim is to develop an extensive library of resources, representing many different points of view, but all written from the perspective of sound scholarship.

The OpenAIRE project, in the vanguard of the open access and open data movements in Europe was commissioned by the EC to support their nascent Open Data policy by providing a catch-all repository for EC funded research. CERN, an OpenAIRE partner and pioneer in open source, open access and open data, provided this capability and Zenodo was launched in May 2013. In support of its research programme CERN has developed tools for Big Data management and extended Digital Library capabilities for Open Data. Through Zenodo these Big Science tools could be effectively shared with the long­-tail of research. Zenodo is a general-purpose research repository where any research output can be shared by its users.

Launched in 2005 in response to the need from the community for short and rapid communications, Biology Letters is an online, peer-reviewed Royal Society journal that publishes short, high-quality articles, reviews and opinion pieces from across the biological sciences. The scope of Biology Letters is vast - publishing high-quality research in any area of the biological sciences. However, we have particular strengths in the biology, evolution and ecology of whole organisms. We also publish in other areas of biology, such as molecular ecology and evolution, environmental science, and phylogenetics.

The purpose of the journal is to provide a forum for librarians and other information professionals to discover research that may contribute to decision making in professional practice. EBLIP publishes original research and commentary on the topic of evidence based library and information practice, as well as reviews of previously published research (evidence summaries) on a wide number of topics.

Acta Medica Philippina, is an open-access, international peer-reviewed, general medical and health science journal in English language that is published monthly by the University of the Philippines Manila. It is publishing continuously since 1939. It has complete editorial independence from its publisher. The journal publishes original scientific papers in the field of basic and clinical medical or human health-related research.

The Bureau of Agricultural Research (BAR) was created by virtue of Executive Order 116 signed in 1987 under the Freedom Constitution. Under this EO, the government addressed the lack of coordination and integration of agriculture research and development among the existing bureaus, councils, and agencies by creating BAR under the Research, Training, and Extension Group. BAR’s specific mandate to coordinate agricultural research was affirmed by EO 292, otherwise known as the Administrative Code of 1987.
