The term "Kahimyang" holds deep significance. Derived from the Waray-waray dialect, it translates to "Peace". Waray-waray, also known as Waray-visayan, is spoken primarily in the Samar, Leyte, and Biliran islands of the eastern-central Philippines (Eastern Visayas).
