The Philippine Journal of Nursing, an international peer reviewed journal, is the official publication of the Philippines Nurses Association published biannually. It considers original articles written for, but not limited to, Filipino nurses at all levels of health care organizations and in various settings. The Philippine Journal of Nursing will serve as: 1) Venue for the publication of scientific and research papers in the areas of Nursing practice and Nursing education ; 2) Source of updates on policies and standards relevant to Nursing practice and Nursing education, and 3) Medium for collegial interactions among nurses to promote professional growth. The Philippine Journal of Nursing invites original research and scientific papers, full text or abstract, written by registered nurses on different areas of nursing practice, including but not limited to clinical , community, administration, and education.

​​Philippine Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a publication of Philippine Obstetrical and Gynecological Society (Foundation), INC, is a peer-reviewed print + online quarterly journal. The journal allows free access (Open Access) to its contents and permits authors to self-archive final accepted version of the articles on any OAI-compliant institutional / subject-based repository.

PJOHNS aims to provide local and overseas otolaryngologists, other surgeons and physicians, health and allied medical professionals, academicians and scientists from other disciplines, with a scholarly forum for the exchange of ideas and information in the discipline of otolaryngology - head and neck medicine and surgery and related fields that are especially relevant to health professionals in the Philippine and Asia Pacific context. It publishes peer-reviewed original articles (including clinical trials, laboratory investigations, effectiveness of diagnostic or therapeutic techniques); evidence-based medicine (including clinical practice guidelines, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, evaluations of current practices and commentaries); case reports with discussions; surgical and instrumentation innovations and illustrations of new techniques; review articles; imaging and histopathology cases; lectures and symposia; brief reports and abstracts; correspondence and guest editorials and studies relating to behavioral, epidemiological, educational or controversial issues in otolaryngology - head and neck medicine and surgery and related fields. We are particularly committed to publishing research and innovations for health that are relevant in low and middle-income countries.

The Philippine Journal of Pathology (PJP) is an open-access, peer-reviewed, English language, medical science journal published by the Philippine Society of Pathologists, Inc. Committee on Publications. It shall serve as the official platform for publication of high quality original articles, case reports or series, feature articles, and editorials covering topics on clinical and anatomic pathology, laboratory medicine and medical technology, diagnostics, laboratory biosafety and biosecurity, as well as laboratory quality assurance, that are relevant to the Philippines.

THE PHILIPPINE JOURNAL OF PSYCHIATRY is published twice a year by the Philippine Psychiatric Association. All articles published represent the opinions of the authors and do not reflect the official policy of the Philippine Psychiatric Association unless this is clearly specified. The Philippine Journal of Public Policy: Interdisciplinary Development Perspectives (PJPP) (ISSN 2672-3352 (print) / 2704-2847 (online)) is the annual peer-reviewed journal of the University of the Philippines Center for Integrative and Development Studies (UP CIDS) released in print and online.

The Philippine Journal of Social Development (PJSD), formerly the CSWCD Development Journal, is the annual double-blind peer reviewed journal published by the College of Social Work and Community Development, University of the Philippines Diliman. It serves as the venue for sharing theoretical concepts as well as field/practical experiences, research outputs, and reflections of faculty, staff, students, alumni and practitioners.

The Philippine Journal of Systematic Biology is the official publication of the Association of Systematic Biologists of the Philippines. It was founded during the Annual Conference of the Association of Systematic Biologists in 2007 held at the National Museum of the Philippines. It is the spiritual successor of the ASBP Communications that was published from 1984-1992.
